This is HUGE. Hearst scooped up Hachette? Does this mean "goodbye" to Hachette Filipacchi? (never pronounced right, but that's Fil-i-packy).
That ledein is a *little* misleading...they've got a letter of intent. But good work for Hearst--if they *do* close the deal, as expected, what a coup!
