Editorial Designer (Project-Based)

• Job Description:
  Kaplan Test Prep is looking for a talented freelance editorial designer to work on a specialized magazine project for a 4-week stretch. Hourly rate. Project will commence the first week of June. Looking for an experienced, editorially-aware designer with superb typographical skills and a refined aesthetic. Must be skilled in setting up grids, implementing typographical and element style suggestions, researching and incorporating appropriate photography, and setting up long-form files. Project will be handled soup-to-nuts by one person with art direction. Magazine is approximately 100 pages. Must be available to work onsite. Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.
