  McMurry, a multi-Award winning custom publishing company based in Phoenix, Arizona, seeks a highly creative, Managing Art Director to lead a number of photo driven high-end publications. This position will work out of our Phoenix office. If you are the professional for this position you have great visual conceptualization skills, a proven ability to hire and art direct the best illustrators and photographers, know the ins and outs of producing photo shoots, have exceptional publication design skills, and a true enjoyment of teamwork, staff building and client service. A seasoned pro, you have a minimum of five years experience in publication art direction, have managed a design team, and have a portfolio you take pride in. You are organized and on top of your game. Your degree is in art, or design. You are comfortable in the most current versions of Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
