  • Job Description:
    The Office of University Communications is responsible for providing strategic leadership for university-wide communications, including internal communications, branding, marketing and creative design, and media relations for the University at Buffalo. The Office is highly visible and its communication work products are the public face of the university for many audiences. The core responsibilities of the Digital Image Specialist are to showcase our research, teaching, public service, education, corporate relations, quality of life and university facilities for a broad range of use through photography and digital images and to constantly improve the images that tell the UB Story; to showcase our strategic strengths at a high artistic and asthetic level; support the growth of social media vehicles, social media strategies, and investigate and develop new or improved services for the unit.   • Job Requirements: A bachelor's degree is required. A concentration in Digital or Multi- media perferred. A minimum of five years of professional experience, preferably with corporate, educational or advertising clients is also required. A combined education and experience equivalency will be considered.
