Bon Appétit - Production Assistant/Associate

• Job Description:
  Reporting to the Production Director, the Production Assistant/Associate will be responsible for scanning and trafficking all art to prepress, placing APR images in layouts, flowing and styling text into layouts, as well as circulating proofs and shipping pages.
  The ideal candidate should be well-organized and self-motivated. Should have
  Required: 1-2 years of experience in publishing working in either an *art or production department and be comfortable balancing multiple tasks in a fast deadline-environment. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator are a must. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Flash, and video editing production with AfterEffects, Premiere or Final Cut would be a plus.
  
  *This is not a design position but this person will be called upon to assist the art and photo departments from time to time.
