    Metaleap Creative is seeking an editorial designer with 5-8 years of experience who is skilled, efficient, disciplined, outgoing and extremely collaborative. This person must be hyper-organized, extremely detail-oriented and have a thorough knowledge of the print production process. Exceptional skills in concepting, design and execution are also required.

  • Job Requirements: The successful candidate will possess: - Self-motivation and team-orientation: Candidate will work with our creative director and the rest of our design team, but need to enjoy being in the trenches and able to lead creative on large projects. A balance of confidence and humility is imperative. - Software knowledge: Advanced grasp of industry standard software (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and the ability to problem-solve and share knowledge within each. -Production skills: Advanced print production knowledge required. Candidate must also be experienced in all aspects of production that are unique to publications.
