  • Job Requirements: Responsibilities include: -Process orders from the Rodale digital asset management system on a daily basis from all global partners across all Rodale brands (Men's Health, Women's Health, Prevention, Runner's World, Bicycling) by checking and clearing reuse rights of text, photography, illustrations, video, interactive tools, apps and other assets for all magazine brands -Deliver requested assets via FTP uploads to individual partners in a timely manner -Manage email requests and inquiries from global partners. Refer all orders requiring financial interpretation, negotiation or billing to the International Content Manager -Assist in the training of international partners on the Rodale digital asset management system -Assist the International Content Manager with developing and updating rights summaries for all brands (annotated PDF files), Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and other documents -Assist editorial director in special projects, including training presentations and reporting and writing, and some administrative duties. -Keep abreast of international news relevant to the Rodale brands' core content areas. Review Rodale "study sieves" for appropriate research material for international partners and work proactively to supply partners with fresh content and ideas. -Conduct photo research for specific requests when published content is unavailable -Answer email and phone requests from international editors for research studies, statistics, and expert interview sources -Support the business development team on international market research requests Ideal candidate will possess: -A degree in English, Journalism or International Studies -A passion for print, photography, and digital media with some relevant professional experience -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to maintain composure and excel in a fast-paced environment -A proficiency in Power Point, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop and the Adobe DPS Suite -Knowledge of current photography rights a bonus Rodale has made a positive difference in the lives of millions of people.
