NYC-based editorial art director needed for steady in-house freelance work. We are looking for a well-rounded, motivated designer with excellent communication skills to join our small, fast- paced creative department. The ideal candidate will have a clean, current design aesthetic and the ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately. A natural curiosity will serve you well, as will the ability to multitask. We are seeking an Associate Art Director to be a key member of our marketing and creative services department. You are energetic, innovative, motivated and able to juggle deadlines for several clients at once. In this role the Associate AD will be accountable for proactively meeting deliverable deadlines. Responsibilities include start-to-finish ownership of front-of-book and back-of-book
