Welcome to SPD's Members' Choice Award Voting

Vote for your choice for the Members' Choice Gold Medal Award. With every member getting the chance to vote, this is truly the choice of the entire SPD membership. The Members' Choice winner will be announced at the Gala on Friday, May 4.

WHO GETS TO VOTE?
All current members of SPD can vote for this award.

ONE IMPORTANT RULE
As in the main judging, you cannot judge the work of your own magazine. Your vote will be disqualified should you vote for your own work.

THE GALLERY
Every member's entry is shown in a thumbnail image. Click on each image to see the complete gallery of the entry or larger image. The category is always shown, for example: Design: Cover, Photo: Single Page or Spread, or Illustration: Entire Story. Entries with multiple images (Stories or Entire Issues) must be clicked-on to see the full entry.

CONSIDER THE CATEGORY
This is your primary focus. As a working professional you have solved most of the challenges presented in SPD's categories. We ask you to put that experience to smart and impartial advantage here. For your vote to be meaningful, and contribute to a clear winner, you must consider the parameters of its category.

VOTING
When you're ready to vote, click on the grey VOTE text at the top of the page with YOUR FAVORITE PIECE. Remember, one member, one vote!

DO I HAVE TO VOTE NOW?
You can visit the Gallery as often as you like before you vote, and we encourage you to take your time, but remember: the main jury selects their winners in just three days. Your challenge is to do the same!

DEADLINE
5:00 PM EST, Thursday, May 6th.

PUB 45: Rare Specimens Requested

PUB 45 Call For Entries: Rare Specimens Requested Now in our 45th year, SPD's acclaimed "Rare Specimens" competition has cultivated hundreds of remarkable entries from the most knowledgeable and esteemed designers, photo editors and assorted editorial experts from around the civilized world. Taken together, these selected works promote and recognize champion editorial work from print and online manufacture; the jury reviews each specimen as to how it upholds the greatest of attributes in each of these principles: uniformity of overall structure, uniqueness, and clarity, as well as good taste and charm.
