Congratulations on being a SPOTs Winner!

The winners will be commemorated in the PUB54 Annual.

In order to publish your work, we need the following from you:

We need hi-res TIFF files of your work as it ran online/in the magazine (NOT photos or pictures of the physical magazine; please provide the design files as TIFF files for this project). Make sure to submit the SPOTs in its editorial context. Please email your winning images and credits to mail@spd.org with the subject: SPOTS WINNER FILES. You may use WeTransfer, Hightail, or Dropbox if the files are too large.

1. For EACH WINNING ENTRY, send high-res CMYK tiffs at 350 dpi. 8” wide. Spreads should be 8” wide (not 16” wide).

A. Single Spot Winners - Send one (1) representative CMYK tiff of the winning SPOT within its editorial context (1 file total)

B. Multiple Spots for a Single Story Winners - Send two (2) spreads, single pages, or representative CMYK tiffs (2 files total) of the winning SPOTs in its editorial context. Choose the best, most representative images from your winning story.

C. Series of Spots for a Recurring Feature/Column Winners - Send two (2) representative CMYK tiffs (2 files total) of the winning SPOTS in its editorial context. Choose the best, most representative images from your winning series.

D. Animated Spot Winner - Send one (1) representative CMYK tiff of the winning SPOT within its editorial context (1 file total).

Please note: Winning spreads submitted as individual, separated single pages CANNOT be accepted & will not be pieced together by SPD. Do not send JPG, Illustrator or InDesign files. We cannot convert your fonts and images to TIFF. Work submitted this way will not appear in PUB 54.

2. For EACH WINNING ENTRY, VERIFY CREDITS for all creatives that worked on the entry.
