Islenia Mil, Illustrator
/About: I’m Islenia Mil, a New York–based illustrator and visual storyteller with over six years of experience working across editorial, publishing, and cultural projects. My work combines conceptual thinking, expressive linework, texture, and vivid color to turn complex ideas into engaging visual stories. I’ve collaborated with publications, educators, and publishers on projects ranging from editorial illustrations and educational campaigns to children’s books. I’m especially interested in work that uses illustration to make ideas feel more human, accessible, and memorable—and I bring both a strong visual voice and a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every project.
