Andrew comes from a long line of artists, most notably his great grandfather, Frtiz Foord. Fritz was a master painter and art director. Nicole Argento, Visual Storyteller, Creative Director, and Designer

About: Nicole is a multidisciplinary storyteller and conscious creative, combining mediums in design, photography, art, and edit for print, digital, and social content.

As a full spectrum creative, she brings thought, relevance and forward-thinking to create new paradigms and conversations within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and wellness; inclusivity, body positivity, strength, and self love are among some of the topics that Nicole is passionate about. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design, from the respected Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. Upon graduation, she moved to New York City and launched her career as a graphic designer, working under the tutelage of some of the magazine world’s most esteemed creative directors at publications such as YM, Cosmopolitan, and Glamour. Nicole’s discerning creative eye fueled her meteoric rise in the competitive 90s magazine industry, resulting in her becoming the Art Director of Glamour while still in her early twenties. 

A six year tenure at Allure allowed the space for Nicole to create content and design across all platforms. For the past year she held the title of Design Director under Anna Wintour and Raul Martinez of Vogue, and previously Marie Suter now the Creative Director of Glossier. During this time, she was appointed the Q4 Business Accelerator Award. Those awarded with this honor have changed the trajectory of the business, driving exceptional results in print, digital, brand development and/or overall business performance.

Nicole works intuitively to pinpoint the most essential, visceral quality with which to tell a brand’s story and concepts this from start to finish, including the design. She has a strong presence on various social media platforms. McCandliss and Campbell, Designers

About: McCandliss and Campbell is an art direction team that combines innovative typography and conceptually-driven fashion photography to create award-winning editorial design. They have received more than 200 design and photography awards from Graphis, The Society of Publication Designers, The Type Directors Club, Print’s Regional Design Annual, How International Design Awards, Communication Arts Design Annual, Communication Art Typography Annual and Creative Quarterly. They are currently creative directors of Earnshaw’s, a children’s fashion magazine, and Footwear Plus, a fashion magazine covering the footwear industry.

Nancy Campbell is a graduate of The School of Visual Arts with a BFA in graphic design. She has worked at numerous magazines including Harper’s Bazaar, Mademoiselle and YM

Trevett McCandliss received his BFA in fine arts from Syracuse University. He studied painting at the New York Studio School and graphic design and photography at The School of Visual Arts. 

McCandliss and Campbell have done presentations for students at The School of Visual Arts and The Fashion Institute of Technology. They have also hosted numerous student presentations at their New York office. McCandliss and Campbell were guest speakers at the 2012 Magazine Design Conference in Copenhagen and Oslo. In 2013, 2014 and 2015 they spoke at the National College Media Convention. They taught a master class in graphic design at the Danish School of Media and Journalism in Copenhagen in 2015. Most recently, McCandliss and Campbell presented their work at the 2016 Magazine Design Conference in Oslo, Norway.

Nancy served on the jury of the Society of Publication Designers competition in 2014 and Trevett served on the jury in 2018. Together they judged the 2017 Graphis Design competition. Trevett is on the Board of Director of the Society of Publication Designers where he serves as the Student Committee Chairman. McCandliss and Campbell teach expressive typography and editorial design at Kean University.
