About: Hi! I'm Niky, a designer and art director who loves editorial design, branding, and all things typography.

I spent nearly four years on the editorial art team at Washingtonian, designing feature packages, monthly departments, and visual stories with an incredibly talented team. These days I split my time between editorial work and building brand identities and visual systems. I'm endlessly fascinated by type (I've even dabbled in typeface design), and I enjoy making work that's thoughtful, concept-driven, and crafted down to the smallest detail.

I've been lucky to have my work recognized with SPD Merit Awards and CRMA nominations along the way, but mostly I just love making things and working with good people.
