Senior Designer / Art Director, Segal Savad

Job Description: We’re looking for a Senior Designer / Art Director to help our team serving one of our largest financial clients, with a focus on social media, marketing work, and other key projects. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where design precision, production and editorial-style sensibility are essential.

  • Design posts for social media leveraging our system of templates across digital channels.

  • Select imagery with a keen editorial eye - understanding what resonates in high-end, professional contexts.

  • Refine typography with high level of attention to detail - spacing, hierarchy, and legibility must be flawless.

  • Partner closely with our Creative Directors and other creatives to move quickly while maintaining exceptional quality.

  • Adapt designs for multiple formats (social, digital, environmental graphics, and more).

  • Knowledge of the nuances of different social platforms (if you don’t already know them, we’ll teach you).

  • Assist across additional projects that come in from marketing (1 sheeters, presentations, event materials, etc.)

  • Help manage projects at times working with vendors as needed to deliver on time.

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years of design experience in an agency or in-house marketing environment, with experience serving sophisticated brands.

  • Expert knowledge of typography, layout, and composition.

  • A sharp editorial eye for selecting and art directing imagery.

  • Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality—strong production and organizational skills and an eye for what matters most.

  • Comfort working with feedback from both internal teams and client stakeholders.

  • A collaborative mindset—someone who thrives in a small, nimble team.

Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Suite: Strong focus in InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Figma.
