Photography Portfolio Review


Photographers: Join us for the 5th Annual SPD Photography Portfolio Review! Virtually share your portfolio with top Photo Directors & Visual Creatives from an assortment of publication and brands who are looking for new talent. They want to see your work!

SPD sets the standard for editorial excellence. This is your opportunity to put your best portfolio forward and talk to industry leaders online. During your review, you will be able to virtually screen-share your portfolio when you talk one-on-one. SPD does not need your portfolio beforehand. Reviewers include: AARP, Architectural Digest, Bloomberg, ESPN, Food & Wine, Google, Martha Stewart, Netflix, The New York Times, Newsweek, NPR, PEOPLE, Rolling Stone, TIME, The Wall Street Journal, Women’s Health and many more.

9:00AM - 1:20PM ET | 2:30PM-6:50PM ET
All times listed are in the Eastern Time Zone (New York City, where SPD HQ is located).
(Zoom Meeting details will be provided a day before the event)
Registration will close when the event reaches capacity or on Monday, October 10th at 5PM ET—whichever comes first.

This year’s virtual Photography Portfolio Review will take place over three days on Zoom from 9:00AM-6:50PM ET starting on Tuesday, October 18th. The second date of the event is Wednesday, October 19th, and the final day is the following week on Thursday, October 27th.

Each day, there will be a Morning and Afternoon session with a unique group of reviewers. Reviews are purchased by the individual day in batches of 3, 6, or 9 reviews. The maximum amount of reviews a photographer can do in a day is 18 (9 in the morning session and 9 in the afternoon session). If your reviewer preferences include reviewers from both the Morning and Afternoon sessions, please make sure you’re available for the entire duration of the day you booked.
